Hi,

 

I’m Kat and I’m Women’s Team Captain for Warwick Judo club. I started judo in January of my first year and have been training ever since.

 

Before I started at Warwick, I’d never really been sporty and judo is the first sport I’ve really stuck with. For me, it’s more than just keeping fit ; it’s a great way to meet some cool people, build up confidence and most of all learn a great sport.

 

The atmosphere at Warwick judo is really supportive, friendly and fun and we have an awesome coach. I’d really recommend anyone interested in starting martial arts or just wanting to try something to give it a go !
