I’m Kezy the Judo publicity officer. I’m in my second year studying Politics and International Studies (PAIS).

 

I’ve always loved martial arts, which started with Judo when I was 6 years old - although I then went on to try other martial arts too. After an 8 or 9 year gap I rediscovered Judo at university last year and I haven’t looked back. 

 

Judo has been great in helping me stay fit, make new friends and improve my confidence. I thoroughly recommend Judo for all of these reasons and many more. It is a great way to complement your University life and to have loads of fun.
