Hello! I hail from sunny Singapore and I have been practising judo for a good 11 years. When I am not doing judo, I spend my free time playing polo, reading and watching films.
Why judo?
I find Judo incredibly interesting and challenging, as I learn something new each time I step on the mats. It requires much strategising - I am constantly thinking of ways to overcome my opponent, which makes success highly satisfying. It also taught me to be calm and to be disciplined.
Moreover, the fellow judo practicioners that I meet are always amazing, fun and friendly, and have been consistently so over my 11 years of practising the sport.
